Aunties Beads (http://www.auntiesbeads.com/) is a well known bricks-and-mortar store and online bead supplier – carrying everything from crystal beads to basic wood beads.

Prices
Many of the beads at Aunties Beads are more expensive than you might pay elsewhere – however, they're selling more than your basic “made in China” plastic beads. Because they carry products like crystal, copper, Czech glass, silver, gold and other fine materials – you should expect to pay more.
Typically though, you can usually find comparable beads and beading supplies on EBay for slightly less. However, you don't get the security and convenience of dealing with a real store.
The store does offer customers membership in its Beaders' Advantage Club. Membership gives you 10% off all purchases, free shipping in the U.S., how-to projects, newsletters, weekly specials and the ability to earn reward points. Unfortunately, membership in this club costs $30, meaning it's usually only worth it if you plan to make monthly orders.
Selection
Auntie's has a great selection – with a focus on unique and hard-to-find items. They ship in beads from all over the world, and it shows in their selection.
However, the one place where Auntie's selection is lacking is the budget department. They simply don't have enough bead offerings in the lower price range – making it harder to shop if you're budget-conscious.
Service
Overall, the customer service at Auntie's online department is decent. However, because they're operated by a small staff, you'll often find it may take a few days for your order to actually ship. You'll also notice that emails will only be answered during business hours. However, they do offer personal customer service that's sincere and really person-to-person.
The Aunties Beads storefront is located in Southlake, Texas. Unfortunately, this reviewer has never been to their bricks-and-mortar location, but the store looks great.
